CHRESO Ministries has been providing vocational training since the early 1990s. The aim is to provide skills and training to people in order to make them self-reliant. The Vocational schools are registered under the Ministry of Science and Technology to provide training in accredited courses and programs. Currently we are running courses in Automotive Mechanics, Hotel and Catering Management, Food Production, Tailoring and Designing and short courses in cookery.

The program also has also partnered with Volunteer Service Overseas (VSO) with support from the European Union to provide skills training to inmates in four prisons in Southern, Eastern and Northern Province. The vocational skills training empowers youth and other people with skills to make them self-reliant. The courses are usually offered for a minimum and affordable fee and in the case of the incarcerated populations and other vulnerable people for free.
